Dragonfire!

Autumn - 25th day of Dani through the 2nd day of Kali 1371

The bold heroes of Harrowhoff delved deep seeking stony reliefs said to depict the place of St. Lorkus' Tomb. They defeated The Court of Chaos led by a horrible warrior known as the Hand Taker. 

With the aid of the Hobbit's Horn of Valhalla, the heroes slew a score of Bugbears and rescued a few one-handed wretches. These men, you see, were erstwhile destined to fight for the pleasure of their captors. 

Having found the riches and lore they sought, the adventurers made their way eventually above.

The heroes looked past the fields and farms of Tandis and toward its handsome village. There the dragon Falgr came like a storm of fire and burned many houses. The beast flew high on the wing and then burned the battlements of the castle itself, perched on its hill. Twoscore in Fillip's domain met their fiery end that day. 

The dragon was harried by magic arrows loosed from Ridwulf's mighty bow. It was singed by the lightning bolt of Heironymous, sent forth as from some dread heathen god. 

In sorrow, the Hobbit cast his eyes over what his ambition had wrought. He held up the Rune Blade and called the dragon to face him, but the red devil only continued its flight north. 

The Holy Visefrin conjured water from the heavens to quench many of the fires, and the heroes began to lend what aid they could.
